AS9120 is a Quality Management System (QMS) used by distributors who supply to the aerospace and defense industries. The AS9120 standard provides uniform requirements, practices and methods to mitigate the risks of purchasing and supplying fraudulent or counterfeit electronic parts.

Delta Elettronica also provides a statement on procedures in place to prevent counterfeiting of electronic components.
ROHS & REACH
As a distributor, Delta Elettronica does not guarantee conformity with RoHS, REACH and Conflict Minerals regulations on behalf of producers.
However, Delta Elettronica does request that the producers it distributes for and suppliers provide all documentation on environmental sustainability on their websites so that it can be made available to clients on request.
